I'm still rather new to game translation, but I've studied Japanese at university up to Third-year level (and am studying in Tokyo starting next week) so I hope that gives some quality assurance to my translations.

Anywho,

For starters, I've translated everything I could (all JSON files) using Translate++. 
Which included most, if not all of the menu items.
(There are a few stray things that are oddly not included like the game-end button in the main menu) 

Now comes the .sl scenario files which pretty much include all of the dialogue in textboxes.
I just need to decompile those into .txt and recompile them once I finish translating.
There are about 250 of those and I've included the small amount just for a trial run, they seem to work just fine so far. 
(Should cover the first few minutes of the game).

I've noticed the text tends to cut-off in weird places, but I'll consider that clean-up work and likely touch up on that after I finish the main translation.

Installation:

1. Backup your data folder located at basedirectory\www\data and the scenario folder located in basedirectory\scenario
2. Copy the www and scenario folders in the patch folder to the main game directory and replace all files.

Uninstallation:

1. Replace the data and scenario folders that you've backed up.

Nightmare School -Lost Girls- English Patch  (v0.5 The reason you're here!) Translation progress: ~60% Main Story: 90% Menus: 95%  NPC Interactions: 90% H-Scenes: 45% Finished about half of the H-Scenes (8 out of 21). As far as the graphical translations go, they seem to be graphical text and appear for tutorial explanations. I'm not sure If I'll able to translate them, however, for now I'll continue to focus on editable text/chat windows. I've been translating without context, so some lines of text might seem a bit weird until I actually go through and play the game. Though from what I tested so far, they generally make sense.
